"We had never rented an apartment before but this place was superb value. The guys at Magic Rentals met us in their office took us to the apartment and everything was better than expected. It was bigger than the pictures and I really liked the views of the church, and there were lots of nice touches like a decent TV, shampoos, lots of towels, they even had a mini DVD library free of charge. It was also quiet despite being right in the heart of La Latina which is great for eating and drinking. We walked everywhere and never needed to use the metro. We're planning on coming back here in the summer!"

"El apartamento está localizado en un punto estratégico de Madrid, cerca de un montón de posibilidades de ocio, cultura, gastronomía, etc. Muy bien acondicionado para el ruido ya que aún estando en una transitada calle, no hay ruidos del exterior permitiendo un agradable descanso. Muy bien equipado, con todos aquellos elementos necesarios para que te sientas bien. El único inconveniente si deseas trabajar es el funcionamiento de wifi, a mi personalmente solamente me funcionó un par de días. Por lo demás, aconsejable al 100% yo seguro que volveré."

"The last two weeks have been great here in the heart of Madrid. The location and the apartment was perfect. I was happily surprised by how quiet it was in the apartment. It was just as you have described on the web site. Thanks for your assistance and readiness to answer questions and provide service throughout the 16 day stay, although I really didn't have any issues during this time."

"I was in Madrid for a short business trip and needed an apartment quickly. The Latina apartment had a good place to work and I could cook and work at home but also I had time to look at the local area which was beautiful. Make sure you go to La Botin restaurant just near."

"We are a married couple, traveling with our 25 year old daughter. This apartment was perfect for us; very close to Plaza Mayor (and walking distance to just about everything). There was a market two doors down; metro a block or 2 away; everything you need is at your fingertips. The apartment is compact but very efficient and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided. The master bed was very comfortable; my daughter gave the sofabed an 8 out of 10 (which isn't bad for a sofabed!). The bathroom was spacious with an enclosed shower. Given that it's in the centre of everything, it is on a busy street; thus a very noisy street. But the sound-proof windows certainly did the job and we slept comfortably, but only when the windows were closed (I'm someone who likes to sleep with a window open, but not possible in most large cities.) Working with Magic Rentals was a pleasure, right from the initial contact. I don't think we could have done better! Great value for money."

"We stayed here in July and were warmly welcomed by Magic Rentals staff. Check-in was very smooth. The location can't be bested, just a couple of minutes' walk to Plaza Mayor and very central to a number of Metro stops. Lovely neighbourhood feel, lots of cafes, and a sweet shop and a market just steps away from the front door. The flat is well-proportioned - the bathroom is a good size, with a washing machine. The bedroom is a good size and lots of storage space. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need (except a working coffee maker, but that's hardly the end of the world). An ideal spot for a couple. Good for a small family although we found it a bit tight for nearly two weeks with two children, and the dining table is a bit precarious. For a couple with a baby, it would be perfect (and I noticed there was a babycot in a cupboard). For the price and location, it can't be beaten though. Wifi was much appreciated, as was the air-con. Toiletries also included, which is a nice touch. Beautiful views in the evening, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. We really enjoyed our stay and would use Magic Rentals again."

"One couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Madrid. Even though in a busy part of town, the apartment was surprisingly quiet for a comfortable sleep. Noise from outside was minimal and only occasionally there was some noise from neighbors during the day. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and to metro stops. Service before renting made a difference also since all questions were answered and the photos were accurate. Although no issues arose during the stay, I felt I would have had prompt response if there were any. It was great for a couple, but might be crowded with 4 even though advertised for that number."

"Ww spent 5 days in this apartment with two of my friends and I will definitelly recommend both the agency with the extremelly helpfull staff and also the apartment itself. It has a great location just in the middle of the town, about 3 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. We could reach everything by foot (however I the Madrid metro system is great), there are great tapas bars and caffees around. The apartment itself is small, but well-equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and even with a very good hair dryer, so it is absolutelly perfect for two or three people for a couple of days stay."
