"Siamo stati a Madrid per 6 giorni nel periodo di agosto, ogiornando in uno degli appartamenti in centro di Magic Rentals. Subito al nostro arrivo al Check-In siamo stati accolti cordialmente dal personale addetto, che ci ha prontamente spiegato la procedura e in pochissimo tempo eravamo già in direzione dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima, in pieno centro e a due passi dai luoghi più importanti della città. Ubicato in una via ricca di pub e di locali si viene immediatamente catapultati nella movida madrilena. L'appartamento all'interno è interamente accessoriato e ricco di tutti i confort per una vacanza di alcuni giorni. Le stanze sono accoglienti e persino la cucina, piccola rispetto alle altre stanze, è risultata essere ottimale. Siamo partiti in 4 nel periodo di aogsto e forse uno dei confort più utili è stato il sistema di condizionamento che ha reso possibile mitigare la calura estiva. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene con il personale e con la casa, sia per l'ubicazione che per i confort e consiglio vivamente a chi fosse interessato ad una vacanza a Madrid di sogiornare in questo splendido appartamento!"

"The people where very nice and helpful. The apartments we rented where very clean, well equipped with applicances and household things. They were in a good loctation to things we wanted to see and do. We would have already recommeded these apartments to other people. And we will rent from them again. They made our experience in another country so much more enjoyable, knowing we had a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay! We give Magic Rentals 5 Big Stars!!!"

"The apartment is very well equipped and secure. The location could not be better, and the service was excellent. Alicia was waiting with our keys on arrival and the check-in and check-out processes were very easy, yet comprehensive! The street is busy during the daytime, but with the windows shut it is very quiet. Fantastic - we will be back!"

"The service was great we arrived late evening and were met at the apartment by a very friendly member of the Magic rentals team, who quickly showed us around and sorted out the paperwork. The apartment was well equipped and in a great location right in the centre of Madrid a few minutes for the metro and most sights and shops were a walkable distance, the only downside of this is it could get noisy in the early hours, as the bars emptied out. There was plenty of places to eat and drink nearby"

"Our first choice apartment wasn't available, and when Magic Rentals suggested Mellow amarillo we were nervous that it would be very noisy because it was located so close to Sol. However,although the building is on a little side street with restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet. We love the Spanish rythm of late lunch, but don't share their love of late nights! There was a hum of conversation from outside as we relaxed and read, or headed to bed after a day of walking, but never enough to disturb us. Perhaps noise levels would be different in busier seasons. We stayed in October and didn't need air conditioning or heating, although both were provided. Our use of the kitchen only involved the kettle, toaster and fridge, but the kitchen seemed to have everything that self-caterers would need. Comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothes (not that anyone brings much on Ryanair flights!) and a lovely bathroom completed the picture. Apartment is on the 1st floor so we rarely used the lift. The location was perfect for what we like to do - wander and people-watch. Five minutes from supermarkets and an easy walk to our two favourite restaurants - La Sanebresa in Calle amor de Dios, and La Puebla in Calle Ventura de la Vega. We'll be back!! (And we'll be in contact with Magic Rentals about their properties in other cities too!)"

"I like the apartment, the balcony was very good! The location of the apartment was excellent, very close to Puerta del Sol and different place to eat Magic Rentals people was very nice , helping me in everything i need. I love Madrid, and i spend a very good holidays in that place."

"the apt was fabulous the neighborhood lively super comfortable,I walked everywhere .lots to do around there and you could walk everywhere the metro was on the corner,l chose to walk.Madrid is such a great -walking city.the girls alicia and federica were very accommodating,just Perfect!"

"Me and a friend stayed here recently and we found the whole experience absolutely great. The company were always on hand to help with any questions and I was a bit nervous about how the checkin worked but it all went seamlessly. The apartment is spotless and right in the heart of town. It's on a little street called Barcelona. There are some awesome tapas places nearby. We had a good internect connection (and decent speed for my iPad for a change!!!) and there was a good TV and DVD if we needed it. Also plenty of things in the kitchen the couple of times we cooked. There is an elevator in the building which we didnt need to use as we were on the first floor and the entrance was easy to find and secure. The location is the best thing by a mile - just a couple of minutes away from the most central square in Madrid! Loved it!"

"I stayed in this lovely holiday apartment with my fiance for a week. It was so brilliantly well located within easy reach of the museums and the main squares. the apartment company made arrival really easy. the apartment is cosy like the pictures and even though it's a lively area it was pretty quiet. We really recommend the apartment. For our next trip to Spain we will definitely consider renting from the Magical people again."

"I'm in agreement with one of the other reviews that the apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. Very clean, good amenities, and good kitchen. We also landed early in the day and Magic Rentals were flexible. The location itself won't be beat. It was a lively area with some good restaurants but the shutters and the window glazing were good so we slept fine. We walked to almost all places we visited, including Plaza Mayor and Sol of course which is just a few hundred metres away. Can't really ask for anything more, very good value for money. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Spain which I hope is soon!"

"We were very glad with the apartment - wonderful location! We can walk everywhere in Madrid- yarou are on the crossing of all ways! You are near Sol, Plaza Mayor, not far from King Palace and Museums area with Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza, Reina Sofia, Marine and Retiro Park. Near you have St.Ann place with theater and nice tabernas. You have a Flamenco at 5 min walk . You have a shopping around you. And you feel comfortable to take rest at home when you return.Also ther is everything necessary to prepare food there."

"It was a delight to spend a few days in Madrid and I absolutely loved this cosy flat. Excellent location, clean, tidy and the customer service by MagicRentals was nice and easy. I will definitely recommend to anyone that is thinking of going to visit Madrid."
